If the product delivered is not as per your specification or there is a defect in the product, then notify us at the time of delivery or within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will provide you a confirmation number to ship the defective or incorrectly ordered item back to us. Once received at our office we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost within 15 working days, or if the product is not available with us then we will refund the entire amount. http://www.everythingelse.us reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product looks used and its original packing is found to be tampered. We reserve the right to pay you back only in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.     Return Policy is not applicable if the product delivered is

    Returned without original accessories and packaging Product is used, altered, or worn Serial number is tampered Physical damage to the product or box Product delivered is in right condition and on time Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy. The return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer.

    Refund Policy

    We take all the necessary and important steps to ensure the best and satisfactory experience keeping into consideration the interest of company and compliance to the applicable legal laws and acts. The Return Policy will be applicable in the Incorrect color, Incorrect size, Wrong quantity, Damaged product, Defective products, Empty parcel, Missing products, Incorrect brand, Incorrect price, Product different from the product description (send us a picture of products by mail) has 15 days standard return guarantee for the convenience of customers. It may vary in case of some products which should be noted before confirming your product order

    The money will be refunded the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque, DD or COD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer

    1. If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Store Credit or reverse the amount back into the account used for making the payment. This Store Credit can be utilized on a future purchase on the website and will have 6 months validity.

    2. If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, we can either provide a Bank Transfer/ refund cheque or even can issue Store Credit into your Account. This Store Credit can be utilized on a future purchase on the website and will have 6 months validity.

    3. If Store Credit was used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Credit Point. These can be utilized for future purchases on the website.

    4. Shipping costs are non refundable.

    The refund process

    1. Typically the refunds are initiated within 10-15 days of receipt of goods and will be processed depending on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are mentioned below:

    In case of unavailability of size, we will give you store credit, which you can use for any further purchase on the website. We cannot guarantee if the same products will be available.
